A digital portrait of a sales attendant at a Toronto FanExpo convention dressed up as a version of the Batman super villainess Harley Quinn. Her booth was selling Pokemon-like plush toys and considering that ‘Pokemon Go’ was a phenomenon at the time, so this seemed like a fun idea.
As a portrait artist this friendly, if somewhat precautious, young woman seemed a great subject for exploring this kind of comic book rendering style, which I really do think is neat.
The line work was is vector, done in Adobe Illustrator, and the colouring was filled in with Photoshop.
